Civil Construction Site Lead

Drive civil construction success as a Site Lead in the Fraser Valley. Oversee crew operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while tackling challenging outdoor projects.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' Foreman experience and significant background in underground utility systems. You’ll coordinate daily tasks, monitor grading, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential as you support training efforts and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crew to effectively complete daily duties

• Organize daily work plans and task assignments

• Ensure adherence to specifications and safety protocols

• Communicate with Project Manager on site conditions

• Uphold cleanliness and organization on the job site

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman

• 3 years in underground utility installation

• Strong understanding of MMCD and safety compliance

• Valid driver’s license with good standing

• First Aid certification preferred
