This Senior Estimator role requires a strong background in civil and heavy civil sectors. You’ll lead the preparation of detailed estimates, ensuring all project documents are thoroughly reviewed. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates for civil construction
• Develop scopes of work for subcontractors
• Analyze material take-offs and produce estimates
• Support project schedule creation
• Conduct bid analysis for subcontractor quotes
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Background in civil or heavy civil sectors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in construction estimating software
• Relevant degree in construction management or engineering preferred
