Project Coordinator

Siteline is a highly motivated growing company specializing in civil utilities, storm water management, piping installation and site development works which strives for quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of successfully utilizing traditional and innovative methods in preparing estimates and taking ownership while delivering the estimate of multiple bid tenders at a time.

• Read and understand drawings and specifications and develop quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam and other takeoff softwares
• Have experience in building project schedules and construction methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Estimating and Operations teams.
• Have an understanding of typical contract models used in Heavy Civil Construction.
• Prepare and Distrubute Shop Drawings
• Working with Project Managers with updated designs
• Have a basic understanding of heavy civil construction activities
• Strong working independently and as a team.
• Keen to learn new tasks, take the initiative, and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to effectively manage time.

• Minimum two years experience in civil construction.
• Experience working with construction estimating software.
• Field experience is exercised but not an asset
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Project.
• Adaptable under pressure.
• Organized and high attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
