Superintendent Position

Be a vital player in Aura's mission as a Site Superintendent for a design/build project in Chilliwack. This temporary contract involves high-level oversight of tenant improvements in a people-focused environment.

In this role, you will utilize your 5+ years of experience to manage site activities, ensuring compliance with construction standards and client expectations. Your ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and lead with creativity and care will shape the work culture and project outcomes. Focus on delivering results that embrace Aura's foundational values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all site personnel and activities

• Manage project schedules and coordinate logistics

• Facilitate safety toolbox talks and inspections

• Communicate issues effectively to Project Managers

• Lead daily site walkthroughs and checklists

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of construction site experience

• Knowledge of BC Building Code and city bylaws

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills

• Clean Driver’s License is essential

• Level 2 First Aid and CSO Certification preferred
