Ballina Contracting is seeking a Civil Field Foreman with 2-3 years of experience. In this role, you will oversee daily tasks, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site. You will work closely with a skilled crew while contributing to impactful municipal and transportation projects in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in daily civil construction tasks

• Set, check, and interpret grading on-site

• Plan daily work and assign tasks effectively

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards

• Communicate project updates to Superintendent/Project Manager

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman

• 3 years in civil pipe underground utility installation

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract

• First Aid level 2 is a plus
