You should be adept at understanding drawings, developing takeoffs using Bluebeam, and preparing essential shop drawings. Your ability to develop schedules and effectively manage time will contribute to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam

• Develop project schedules and construction methodologies

• Work collaboratively with Estimating and Operations teams

• Distribute and prepare shop drawings for projects

• Manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in civil construction

• Proficient in construction estimating software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
