Aura, a leader in design and build, is looking for a Site Superintendent on a fixed-term basis to manage a construction project. This role requires an individual who can effectively balance schedule management, manpower coordination, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Familiarity with commercial office tenant improvements will be advantageous as you work towards achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onsite construction adhering to project plans

• Schedule work activities and manage trade clean-up

• Participate in project-related meetings for goal alignment

• Address obstacles and escalate issues as needed

• Coordinate with stakeholders for timely inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction

• Proficient understanding of BC Building Code

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Level 2 First Aid certified preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Site Max
