Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a crew to fulfill daily job tasks safely

• Effectively set, verify, and interpret grades independently

• Schedule and allocate tasks and required materials

• Supervise work quality and safety compliance

• Relay project updates and challenges to supervisors

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Foreman role

• Minimum 3 years in utility installation, specifically underground

• Skilled in earthworks and utility management

• Competent in reading design plans and specifications

• Clean driver’s abstract is mandatory
