Jim Dent Construction is searching for local candidates to contribute to our heavy civil construction initiatives. This physically demanding role involves 10-12 hour shifts, providing crucial assistance to infrastructure tasks. Successful candidates will have a background in civil construction and be capable of both collaborative and independent work styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various labour tasks as directed by supervisors

• Safely fuel all site equipment and generators

• Keep worksite organized through consistent maintenance

• Maintain open communication with the construction team

• Function effectively as both a team member and independent worker

Requirements:

• Strong asset: experience in heavy civil construction

• Must be fit for extended shifts and flexible schedules

• Capacity to engage in collaborative and individual tasks

• Willingness to follow instructions as needed

• Reliable transport to the Stave Falls muster point
