Experienced Commercial Project Manager

Drive excellence in construction projects as a Commercial Project Manager with Gerry Enns Contracting in the Fraser Valley. Elevate client experiences through expert project oversight and teamwork.

This role invites candidates with at least five years of project management expertise in commercial and residential construction. You'll lead construction efforts, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project milestones are met within safety and budget guidelines. Your leadership will be integral to fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to finalize project specifications

• Oversee negotiation and management of contractor agreements

• Review all shop drawings for coordination and implementation

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project timelines

• Lead project meetings to ensure direction and clarity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in construction

• In-depth knowledge of project management principles

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with safety regulations and MS Project

• Clean driver's abstract and valid license required
