This role suits individuals with a background in civil construction, as you will perform essential labor functions and help maintain a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company and WorkSafeBC safety protocols

• Perform site cleanup and basic material handling

• Support equipment operators with operational tasks

• Set up safe work zones and manage traffic control

• Engage in daily safety meetings and maintain worksite cleanliness

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in civil construction

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Clean Canadian driver’s license required

• First Aid Training is an asset
