We are looking for a qualified Superintendent with a solid background in construction to manage various projects. The role involves maintaining daily logs, conducting orientations, and facilitating collaboration with trade partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Document construction activities through daily logs

• Facilitate weekly site meetings to track progress

• Conduct Toolbox Talks to ensure team safety

• Manage handovers and warranty documentation for clients

• Supervise trade partners and support field staff

Requirements:

• At least 5 years as a Site Superintendent

• Proficient in computer applications for stakeholder communication

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Knowledgeable of Worksafe BC safety standards

• Valid Driver’s License and First Aid certification preferred
