Top Notch Roofing, a well-established roofing company in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Site Coordinator to be the connective link between our Production Manager and our field crews. You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day.

This is a hands-on execution and organization role focused on keeping jobs on schedule and ensuring crews have clear direction. This is not a people-management position -- you'll be directing crews clearly, coordinating daily work, and keeping each site running smoothly.

• Confirm the daily job site plan before the crew arrives
• Review work orders and material orders prepared by our admin team
• Run pre- and post-job huddles independently
• Enforce safety compliance and ensure daily forms are completed
• Approve daily crew time using Clock Shark
• Flag issues to the Production Manager the same day -- no surprises
• Manage 3-4 active job sites simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills -- able to manage multiple sites without dropping details
• Clear, direct communication skills
• Comfortable with basic field technology, including Clock Shark, Site Docs, and reviewing work orders
• Sound judgment -- able to make decisions with the information available rather than waiting to be told
• Roofing or trades experience is an asset, but not required

• $26 to $30 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time, Monday-Friday employment
• Statutory benefits in accordance with BC Employment Standards, including vacation pay and statutory holidays
