This role welcomes candidates with a strong work ethic and 1-3 years of civil construction experience. At Ballina Contracting, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality work. Tasks include site cleanup, equipment support, and ensuring safety compliance on every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to WorkSafeBC and company safety standards

• Assist with site cleanup and material handling

• Support crews with measurements and quality checks

• Maintain clean and safe work environments

• Participate in toolbox talks and training sessions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in civil construction

• Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean abstract

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Ability to adapt to varying weather conditions

• First Aid Training is helpful
