Site Supervisor Position

As a Site Supervisor, your role will entail serving as a direct connection between the Production Manager and field teams. Overseeing 3-4 job sites means ensuring every crew member understands daily expectations and safety protocols. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm daily job plan before crew starts

• Review and manage work orders and materials

• Independently lead pre- and post-job huddles

• Ensure safety compliance and document all forms

• Approve crew time through Clock Shark

Requirements:

• Proven organizational skills for multiple site oversight

• Clear and effective communication abilities

• Familiarity with field technologies like Clock Shark

• Capacity to make swift decisions on-site

• Experience in roofing or trades is a bonus
