Key tasks include managing equipment staging and supporting customers on-site, while promoting a safe work environment. You will need to be adaptable, and prioritize teamwork and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in, stage, tag, and manage auction equipment

• Operate various types of equipment safely and according to standards

• Provide support and assistance to customers during auctions

• Maintain cleanliness and perform necessary groundskeeping tasks

• Report any safety hazards and comply with regulations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required; class may vary

• Strong focus on safety and willingness to learn

• Customer service experience is beneficial

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Flexibility for extended work hours during auctions
