Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and address customer service inquiries
• Identify member needs to propose suitable banking products
• Partner with colleagues to streamline customer interactions
• Manage personal banking services including new accounts
• Document sales and service interactions accurately
Requirements:
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate effectively
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems
• Basic computer literacy is essential
