Your role will blend leadership and compliance.
As an Assistant Manager, you will guide our service delivery and oversee daily operations. You will be responsible for planning and evaluating processes while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Your experience in supplier negotiations and addressing customer issues will be crucial for our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement service-related operational procedures
• Guarantee compliance with health and safety requirements
• Negotiate arrangements with food and supply vendors
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Manage and evaluate daily operational functions
Requirements:
• Education at the College/CEGEP level
• 3 to 5 years of similar work experience
• Competent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong organizational capability
• Willingness to work flexible evening, day, and weekend shifts
