In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers while effectively addressing their inquiries and assisting with product and delivery information. Strong communication skills are vital, and you will work collaboratively with your team to resolve any complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries promptly via phone and in person
• Provide product information and arrange delivery requests
• Accurately record purchases using the POS system
• Assist customers to their vehicles with bottled water
• Engage with team members to resolve complex inquiries
Requirements:
• Must consistently lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Required to work Saturdays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in accurate data entry tasks
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
