Winter Guest Experience Supervisor Sasquatch

As part of the leadership team, you will manage daily front desk and ticketing operations, ensuring guests have smooth experiences. With an emphasis on group bookings, you will promote Sasquatch as a desirable year-round destination. This role requires previous supervisory experience and a passion for service to excel in a vibrant mountain community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-line guest service and ticketing staff

• Manage training and daily operations of the Guest Experience team

• Resolve guest concerns and coach on conflict resolution

• Ensure accuracy in cash outs and reporting

• Promote group sales and coordinate bookings

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or group sales

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking systems

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Must be adaptable and team-oriented
