Your role will demand strong communication and analytical skills to drive client satisfaction.
As a Client Success Manager, you will oversee last-mile delivery quality, respond to customer concerns, support internal team collaborations, and leverage data insights for performance reports. Your ability to multitask and work under pressure will significantly shape client success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monitoring efforts for last-mile delivery metrics
• Respond to and manage client inquiries and service tickets
• Assist in the resolution of service exceptions and disputes
• Build relationships with cross-functional internal teams
• Conduct data analyses to improve service processes
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• Logistics experience, particularly in e-commerce is a plus
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in Excel for data modeling and reporting
• Effective multitasking and time management capabilities
