Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest service agents and ticketing staff

• Manage scheduling and training for the Guest Experience team

• Handle escalated guest concerns effectively

• Maintain accurate cash and sales reporting

• Develop relationships for group sales and bookings

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a relevant customer service role

• Preferred supervisory experience

• Familiarity with POS systems and data entry

• Excellent communication skills in various formats

• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
