Customer Service Representative

Location: Chilliwack, BC

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00/hour

Job Type/Shift: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client located in Chilliwack. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step based on their current experience and career stage.

What you'll do

Answer enquiries and ensure that they provide proper information

Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers

Ensure that customers have a great experience dealing with the company

Ensure that requests are acted upon timely and accurately

Resolve issues and follow up on customer requests

Provide information to customers

Report areas of customer concerns

Perform other various duties as required

Digital management of tasks and record keeping

Work closely with the team

Provide proper documentation to customers

Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner

Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
