Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls for customer inquiries in French and English
• Manage product warranty questions and service booking requests
• Complete transactions in real time during customer interactions
• Employ multiple software applications simultaneously for efficiency
• Follow up on commitments and escalate unresolved issues
Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• College or University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills with at least 30 WPM typing speed
• Dependable and internally motivated with a customer service focus
