Sasquatch Mountain Resort seeks a Guest Experience Supervisor for the 2026/27 winter season. As a crucial leader, you will oversee front desk operations, team performance, and group bookings. The role is perfect for candidates with a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise guest service agents and ticketing personnel
• Manage team training and daily operations
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with staff coaching
• Support group sales through outreach and coordination
• Maintain an efficient, welcoming service area
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or group sales
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable and able to work weekends and holidays
Lead the team at Sasquatch to create memorable adventures for every guest.
