BDC Appointment Coordinator

As a BDC Appointment Coordinator, you will answer calls, reconnect with customers, and coordinate service availability across dealership locations. You will maintain customer and vehicle records while supporting campaigns, promotions, reminders, and escalated concerns. • Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls and arrange customer follow-ups
• Coordinate availability across various makes and models
• Update customer and vehicle records accurately
• Support campaigns, promotions, reminders, and escalated concerns

• Strong communication and customer-first approach
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Comfort with multitasking in high-volume calls
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Dealership or service appointment experience is an asset
