You'll work on creating technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, and managing the handoff between designers and construction teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Take site measurements and photos to inform project plans

• Create accurate technical drawings and base plans

• Develop planting and drainage plans for execution in the field

• Review designs for accuracy and buildability prior to construction

• Prepare 3D renderings and visuals for client presentations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD or Dyna Scape

• Experience with 3D rendering tools such as Sketch Up or Lumion

• Strong spatial awareness and construction understanding

• Willingness to undergo field measurement training
