Become a pivotal leader at Sasquatch Mountain Resort as a Snow School Supervisor for the winter season. Embrace breathtaking BC scenery while supporting guest experiences and instructor success.

In this full-time role, you will manage Snow School operations, ensuring the highest teaching standards per CSIA and CASI. Your leadership will create a fun, inclusive environment while you assist with scheduling and provide on-the-hill support to instructors and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Snow School operations and instructor performance

• Assist in scheduling instructors and monitoring lesson progress

• Ensure smooth lesson check-ins and timely starts

• Support and coach instructors for optimal guest experiences

• Conduct snow maintenance responsibilities to uphold safety

Requirements:

• Preferred CSIA or CASI Level 2 certification

• Experience in supervisory roles or team leading

• Strong understanding of ski/snowboard instruction

• Capable of working in mountain conditions outdoors

• Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
