This full-time position for the 2026/27 season involves instructing guests while adhering to CSIA or CASI guidelines. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, gaining invaluable skills and experience in a supportive community, all while enjoying the beauty of winter in the mountains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct skiing and snowboarding safely

• Meet guest service expectations in lessons

• Customize instruction for individual needs

• Resolve guest concerns on the hill

• Assist in daily training and safety practices

Requirements:

• CSIA/CASI Level 1 or equivalent certification

• Experienced in outdoor work in winter conditions

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs

• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
