Position: Educator for Grades 6-9 at Cascade Christian
Join Cascade Christian School as a dedicated educator for Grades 6-9, focusing on Math and Career Education for the  term. Inspire students with a strengths-based approach!

This full-time position requires you to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate place-based learning and numerical interventions for students. You will promote a faith-centered educational experience while fostering a positive culture among students and staff.

Your role will include leading devotions and maintaining communication with parents regarding student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement innovative curriculum for Grades 6-9

• Conduct numeracy intervention as a Resource Teacher

• Create individualized learning comments and track homework

• Host parent-teacher conferences and lead student devotions

• Participate in key school functions and events

Requirements:

• British Columbia Professional Teaching Certificate in process

• Eligible to work in British Columbia

• Strong proficiency in educational technology

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to incorporate a biblical worldview in teaching
