Position: Chilliwack Secondary School Counsellor Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and screen students for behavioral concerns

• Collaborate on and refine educational plans for students

• Monitor and support student graduation trajectories

• Foster relationships with students and families

• Actively lead school counseling initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Significant experience in secondary counseling

• Familiarity with BC Education Standards and graduation plans

• Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities

• Proven case management experience for student advocacy
