As a Sessional Instructor, you will be involved in the Primary Care Paramedic program, enhancing student clinical skills and decision-making. This role requires active participation in hands-on demonstrations and communication via Microsoft Teams and learning management systems. Contribute to creating a respectful and inclusive learning environment while maintaining safety and professionalism in the lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support student learning with hands-on demonstrations

• Assess student progress using diverse evaluation tools

• Maintain accurate teaching records and promote safety

• Engage with students through digital communication platforms

• Foster an inclusive and respectful educational atmosphere

Requirements:

• Licensed as PCP or higher in Canada

• Commitment to six teaching days monthly

• Previous paramedic experience preferred

• Teaching or mentoring experience is an asset
