We are seeking a passionate ECE Program Coordinator dedicated to fostering child development and supporting a collaborative team. With at least two years of lead educator experience and necessary ECE credentials, you will manage curriculum development and guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.

Your role emphasizes effective communication and adherence to confidentiality across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging early childhood programs

• Monitor adherence to health and licensing standards

• Facilitate communication between staff and families

• Ensure documentation compliance for licensing

• Integrate First Peoples Principles of Learning into programs

Requirements:

• Current ECE and ITE Certificates recognized in BC

• Three years of childcare experience with ages 0-6

• Strong grasp of child development theories

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 software

• Valid Emergency Child Care First Aid Certificate
