Situated in the traditional territory of the Sts'ailes People near Harrison Mills, BC, this position invites qualified educators to inspire students in mechanics. Applicants must hold a valid BC Ministry of Education Trades Certificate or Professional Certificate, along with a recognized Red Seal or Qualification in mechanics. Teaching experience in a middle or secondary setting is required to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach mechanical skills to K-12 students effectively

Requirements:

• Valid Trades or Professional Teaching Certificate from BC

• Red Seal or Certificate of Qualification in mechanics

• Current BC driver’s license and personal transportation

• Experienced in middle or secondary education

• Knowledge in Trauma-Informed Care and Indigenous education
