Located near Harrison Mills, BC, Sts'ailes Community School engages around 200 students in a fully accredited educational environment. The role requires a certified mechanics teacher with the ability to empower students academically and socially. Your goal will be to instill a sense of responsibility and confidence in students as they explore their cultural and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach mechanics to middle and secondary school students

• Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment

• Utilize effective classroom management techniques

• Integrate cultural teachings into lessons

• Assess and report on student performance

Requirements:

• Valid BC Ministry of Education Trades or Professional Certificate

• Red Seal or recognized Certificate of Qualification in mechanics

• Experience teaching middle or secondary school

• Valid BC driver's license and own transportation

• Commitment to student empowerment and cultural education
