Position: Resource Teacher Focused on ELL Support
Drive student success as a Resource Teacher specialized in English Language Learning at Vedder Elementary School. This part-time position aims to provide tailored support for diverse learners.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in adapting curriculum and strategies for students with special needs, particularly ELL students. You will coordinate with educational teams to ensure effective teaching practices that align with the Ministry of Education's standards. The role demands strong leadership in implementing competency-based education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt instructional strategies for English Language Learners

• Develop, implement, and assess educational plans

• Collaborate with other educators for inclusive practices

• Manage support services and educational assistants

• Provide direct support to individual students

Requirements:

• Postgraduate coursework in Special Education

• Experience teaching students with diverse needs
