WCC is looking for a knowledgeable instructor for its growing Medical Office Assistant program. This fixed-term position requires you to deliver in-person lessons while assessing student progress through various evaluative methods. You will play a crucial role in student advancement and career readiness in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver MOA curriculum content effectively

• Evaluate student assignments, tests, and performance

• Maintain consistent academic records and attendance logs

• Counsel students about program directives and career paths

• Ensure a welcoming and safe learning atmosphere

Requirements:

• MOA certificate or substantial relevant work experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience needed with credentials

• Preferred background in teaching within post-secondary environments

• Commitment to fostering inclusive educational practices

• Must be available for scheduled classes weekdays
