This casual teaching position involves curriculum development aligned with BCSLS competencies and delivering comprehensive lab instruction for each student cohort. You will help evaluate student performance and engage with other faculty for an enriching educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop curriculum based on BCSLS Med Lab Assistant competencies

• Deliver high-quality lab teaching experiences

• Assess and provide feedback on student performance

• Collaborate with educational stakeholders for improvement

• Maintain a supportive and scholarly work atmosphere

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist in good standing with CSMLS

• 2+ years of relevant laboratory work experience

• Teaching experience is an asset

• Strong dedication to student learning and growth

• Availability to teach lab sessions as per schedule
