A 0.80 F.T.E. Temporary teacher is required for Agassiz Elementary Secondary School effective immediately to December 2, 2026 or upon return of the incumbent.
This position will provide counselling support and teach 1 block Grade 9 English
The successful applicant must possess:
- a valid B.C. Teaching Certificate;
- University degree in secondary education;
- Master's degree in Counselling or equivalent designation.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- a previous record of successful teaching experience at secondary levels;
- experience and/or In-service/Professional Development working with Indigenous Students, their families, and communities.
