Lead learning and community relationships with Chilliwack School District through a two-year leadership pool serving schools across the Fraser Valley.

This opportunity is designed for experienced educational leaders pursuing Principal or Vice Principal appointments. Candidates may be considered for elementary, middle, or secondary positions as district opportunities arise. Leaders advance strategic goals while respecting Indigenous cultures, embracing diversity, and strengthening transparent communication.

• Shape school vision and strategic improvement goals
• Support staff development through mentoring and coaching
• Use data to adapt instructional strategies
• Collaborate with parents, staff, students, and organizations
• Align financial, human, and curricular resources

• Valid or eligible BC Teaching Certificate
• Master of Education degree or equivalent
• Successful innovative student achievement initiatives
