Position: Revolve Renewable Power Plant Operator
Location: Hope

Be a key player in clean energy as a Plant Operator with Revolve Renewable Power in the Fraser Valley, BC. This role demands hands-on expertise to ensure efficient hydroelectric operations.

You will be crucial in managing the Hunter Creek and Sakwi Creek facilities, focusing on daily operations, emergency responses, and maintenance tasks. The position requires mechanical and electrical knowledge, as well as a proactive approach to operating issues in remote environments. Safety awareness and independent problem-solving are emphasized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor hydroelectric equipment for power production

• Conduct inspections of civil and electrical infrastructure

• Respond to alarms and operational challenges promptly

• Document maintenance and operational activities thoroughly

• Collaborate with contractors and technical specialists

Requirements:

• Red Seal Industrial Electrician or related technical certification

• 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems

• Familiarity with hydroelectric facilities is an asset

• Comfortable travelling in remote terrains
