Position: Kitchener Manufacturing Engineer Role
Shape the future of manufacturing as a Manufacturing Engineer with a top automotive tier one supplier in Kitchener. This role focuses on efficiency enhancements and process development.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-volume manufacturing, primarily in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include performing feasibility studies, initiating corrective actions, and supporting APQP processes. You'll work to develop and maintain efficient BOMs while leading cross-functional initiatives for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply manufacturing engineering principles

• Conduct equipment feasibility and capacity studies

• Assist with engineering changes and process audits

• Source tools and materials for productivity enhancements

• Troubleshoot tooling and processes with maintenance teams

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems

• Proficiency in CAD software for modeling

• Familiarity with Lean principles and problem-solving tools
