Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize mine plans and schedules
• Perform significant design changes as necessary
• Conduct risk assessments and improve operational workflows
• Engage in monthly reporting and reconciliation for success
• Provide necessary engineering support and analyses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering
• Registered P.Eng. with EGBC preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in underground mining
• Experience with Deswik mine planning software essential
• Strong analytical skills to support engineering decisions
