Position: Experienced Manufacturing Engineer Needed
Elevate production efficiency as an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer, applying principles of lean manufacturing and engineering design in a dynamic automotive setting.

Your role will focus on optimizing processes.
Join our team with a solid background in manufacturing, particularly in high-volume environments. You'll utilize 3-5 years of experience to execute feasibility studies, develop specifications, and conduct standard work audits. Your ability to analyze and improve process flows will play a critical role in meeting production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for process flow

• Conduct feasibility studies on new equipment and processes

• Develop tooling and equipment specifications

• Perform Layered Process Audits regularly

• Lead mistake-proofing initiatives to minimize errors
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing

• Post-secondary education in Engineering

• Experience with CAD modeling and ERP systems

• Familiarity with PFMEA and quality management

• Knowledge of automation and robotics
