Position: Automation Engineer for Process Innovation

This role, reporting to the Plant Manager, focuses on maximizing equipment uptime through automation, controls, and continuous improvement strategies. The Automation Engineer will be pivotal in troubleshooting equipment issues and supporting maintenance operations. Your ability to harness emerging technologies will help sustain operational excellence and support the plant's journey toward Industry 4.0.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support automation system troubleshooting and repairs

• Analyze equipment performance for improvement

• Lead lean manufacturing and OEE projects

• Contribute to advanced monitoring and AI initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety and corporate standards
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent

• Strong background in automation and control systems

• Experience with PLCs and HMI systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of emerging technologies considered an asset
