• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Support retail operations by assisting with merchandising and maintenance of the store
• Deliver best-in-class service when delivering products to customers’ homes
• Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite

• Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
• Excellent communicator who is people- and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)

We are offering $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Our compensation ranges are designed to reflect market competitiveness, internal equity, and the experience and impact each candidate brings to the role. At goeasy, transparency and meaningful growth opportunities are central to our approach.
