• Review and adjudicate vehicle loan applications by assessing creditworthiness based on credit history, income, employment, and collateral valuation.
• Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow credit policy rules to maintain consistent risk parameters.
• Develop and maintain respectful relationships with dealers.
• Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered.
• Provide prompt, efficient, customer‑oriented service to all stakeholders.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Follow detailed credit policy guidelines and carefully review credit application and credit bureau report details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tech‑savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Collaborate well with various teams and departments.
• Flexible and available to work all shifts mentioned in the working conditions.

• At least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting or within the auto industry.
• Experience with loan origination software.
• Post‑secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.

• Hours of operation: 11 AM‑8 PM Monday‑Friday and 9 AM‑8 PM Saturday.
• Option of permanent Saturday shift with option of Wednesday or Thursday off; schedule can be switched with notice.
• Weekday shifts primarily set schedules;
  Saturday start times on rotation (early, mid‑day, late shift). Position is 11 AM‑7 PM PST.
