Position: Stylist Educator at The Refinery House
Join The Refinery House as a Stylist Educator, where you can enhance your skills both behind the chair and within our educational team. We value continuous learning and are looking for an experienced stylist to contribute to our mission.

As a Stylist Educator, you’ll work directly with our education team, facilitating our Basic Hair Program and collaborating on advanced training initiatives. With a focus on community and excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the development of stylists across our three salon locations. This part-time or full-time position offers flexible shifts to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Basic Hair Program sessions Monday-Thursday

• Develop and execute advanced training curriculum

• Collaborate with the education team for learning plans

• Participate in ongoing operational tasks at salons

• Provide value-driven customer service support

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience

• Proficient in advanced colour and cut theory

• Willing to learn specific training methodologies

• Experience in team collaboration

• Capable of developing educational curricula
