In this role, you will maximize sales of beauty products while fostering a positive shopping environment at our locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart. Your expertise in beauty products and exceptional customer service will help create a welcoming atmosphere while encouraging customer participation in the PC Optimum program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize beauty product sales and promotional awareness
• Promote selling through engaging customer interactions
• Encourage participation in the PC Optimum program
• Lead and promote in-store beauty events
• Model superior customer service standards
Requirements:
• Proven sales skills in cosmetics and beauty
• Strong consultative and communication abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of beauty techniques
• Ability to perform makeup consultations
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
