We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join Nature's Fare Markets in our upcoming Chilliwack location. We will be welcoming Pure Integrative Pharmacy into our store and we are looking for a Pharmacy Manager. We will be located at 45940 Promontory Road, Building A with a store opening early June 2026 - this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for all around wellness to be part of bringing our brand of holistic wellness to a new community.

We are seeking a person that can provide an outstanding customer experience and assist our community in taking control of their health. • Ensuring all privacy requirements are met, including customer confidentiality and consent management
• Day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Practicing within federal/provincial, regulatory/legal requirements, provincial Code of Ethics, standards set by the College of Pharmacists BC, and Pure Company policies
• Promoting health and wellness, and educating customers and as appropriate, engaging with customers both in and outside the store
• Maintaining records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy
• Providing timely and positive resolutions and advice to customer needs
• Ensuring all Pharmacy team members comply with the uniform policy
• Oversight of current stock levels and medication orders from the wholesaler
• Remaining current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry.
• Ensuring sustainable growth of the pharmacy business
• Creating a strong work ethic and patient-centered care culture
• Ensuring the pharmacy team works cohesively to complete necessary activities

• BC Pharmacy license and good standing with the College of Pharmacists.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with compounding would be considered an asset.

• The hourly pay for this position is between$63 and$66
  . The final salary offered will be based on the candidate's experience and practice.
